AFRICA FEST PROFILE... In 2001, LATJOR NDOW while residing in the USA founded AFRICA FEST. He single-handedly built the company to international repute, and was to quickly become a major fixture in key U.S. cities live concert calendar. He produced live performances of some of the most popular artists from Africa and the Caribbean Islands. In 2006, Latjor decided that it was time to return to his home country of The Gambia, West Africa. There he re-established AFRICA FEST to help develop the young talents of the continent and bring major international artists to Africa to perform, while taking home grown talents to the rest of the world.
The company is currently in the process of producing a series of major tours in Africa for top reggae artists. The legendary Jamaican reggae artists - MORGAN HERITAGE and LUCIANO will be touring towards the end of 2009. Selected photos of Africa Fest events and artists...
